White Tomato Powder
White Tomato Powder (Solanum lycopersicum L.) is made from the fruit of white tomatoes through washing, pulping, drying and grinding. It appears as an off‑white powder with a characteristic odor and no foreign smell. The product passes 98% through an 80‑mesh sieve and is tested by TLC. Packaged in 25 kg drums or foil bags (customizable), it should be stored sealed, protected from light, in a cool, dry and well‑ventilated place. Shelf life is 24 months. Samples (5–20 g) are available upon request.
